By creating an account or using NourishFlowAi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
NourishFlowAi provides general nutrition, fitness, and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your diet, exercise, medication, or any health condition (including diabetes, blood pressure, pregnancy, or injuries). Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or generated in the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
Some features require a paid subscription. On the web, subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime from your account; you'll keep access until the end of the paid period. Where applicable, subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store are governed by that store's billing and cancellation policies.
You are solely responsible for content you post to the community (recipes, posts, comments, photos). You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We use automated moderation and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms. You can report objectionable content and block other users at any time. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours; content that violates these terms is removed and the user who posted it is ejected from the App. Blocking a user hides their content from you immediately and notifies our team.
The App uses AI to generate recipes, nutritional estimates, images, and guidance. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nutritional values are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical or clinical decisions.
You may not misuse the App, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
